Publishing On The Agenda
Young Authors Academy’s mission is to create the next generation of authors. While the focus is largely on teaching writing skills, publishing remains a very important goal.
Stories are published periodically on the website, but our ultimate goal is for students to see their stories publishes in full-blown books.
In August, 2024, the first compilation book of student stories was published, titled “Young Authors Volume One“.
Fasten your seatbelt, and open your imagination, as you journey into the worlds created by sixteen ambitious children, aged eight-years old to twelve-years old, under the mentorship of prolific Barbadian author, Mario Herbert.
