The 102 Advanced Storytelling Workshop is perfect for young authors who have completed the 101 Storytelling workshop and would like to advance their craft. This workshop builds on the foundational principles taught in 101 Storytelling, enhancing and amplifying them to take stories to the next level. Students will compose a single story across five (5) sessions, enhancing it with advanced techniques learned each session.

Delivery
Delivery can be face-to-face or virtual via Zoom, depending on what fits a particular group.
Required Reading
“Adrian at Large” by Mario Herbert will be used to illustrate techniques taught in this workshop.
It is highly recommended for students to read the three stories in this book, “Shaken”, “The Heist” and “New Clothes” before commencing this workshop as many of the principles taught can only be fully realised in context of an entire story.

- Notebook for taking notes and capturing ideas
- Computer access for typing of drafts
- Internet connection for submission of assignments
